Section Rules and Conditions of Entry 1) Please bring the completed entry form together with your work and entry fee to the Museum o­n entries day. 2) To comply with Child Protection procedures the Official Nuneaton Festival of Arts application form MUST be completed and signed. 3) All work must be labelled with 2 labels of your name, address, class number and title of work. 4) You will be required to complete two receipts when depositing your work at the Museum. Please retain your copy, as it will be required to collect the work after the exhibition closes. 5) Results: Competitors please telephone the Museum o­n 024 76350720 after the adjudication date. The section secretaries would appreciate if the award winners would please attend the presentation evening.
