| Section Rules and Conditions of Entry |
1. To comply with Child Protection procedures the Official Nuneaton Festival of Arts application form MUST be completed and signed.
2. E Mail entries will be accepted; however cheques/cash for the entry fee together with the signed declarations on the application form MUST be received by the section secretary by the closing date for entries. The E Mail MUST give all the information requested on the application form
3. Competitors in ‘Own Choice’ classes MUST bring a copy of their chosen text with them on the day for the adjudicator.
4. All competitors should be within the stated age group as at 1st September following the festival. Please double check this.
5. Time limits must be strictly adhered to.
6. The timing of classes will be arranged to suit the section as a whole.
7. In selecting 'Own choice' pieces, remember children will be in the majority of audiences. No swearing or doubtful language please. If you are in doubt as to whether a piece is suitable or not, choose an alternative please. |
