Overview

This section is one of several sections of the visual arts. It gives an opportunity for all ages to create their own art work using various different media (including computer generated work) either individually or as a group. All entries are adjudicated and are then exhibited.

Networking and Local Art Groups
Some people prefer to work alone and would not look for a group to join, but for those new to art who wish to find practical advice, joining a group and having the support of a leader and other artists could be transforming.
Sue, our Art section Secretary, has recently visited many groups in the area and  has listed them in the link below should you wish to find a such a group and would find it helpful. She has their permission for you to contact them directly, but please contact them first before visiting.
If you belong to an Art group not listed, and would like to be included, please contact the Section Secretary (details above)
